Lions at Bay is a four-man hard rock band from Oneonta, New York. They believe that the best music you can make is a blend of what you love; and what they have come up with is a sort of hard rock sound, with a driving rhythm section, pop punk hooks and leading melodic guitar riffs that gives them a sound all of their own.
